We offer training, counseling and consulting services to Illinois businesses at no cost. However, some
classes, workshops, & seminars may have a minimal charge and reimbursement is often required for copied
materials.

finance their organizations.
Drawing on in-house expertise, government and academic resources, and the commitment of many business
service providers in the private sector, the Kaskaskia College-ISBDC is the preferred source for small
business support in the region.
The Kaskaskia College-ISBDC's primary function is to deliver one-on-one counseling, research, and
referral for individuals creating or expanding their business idea and plan. Special assistance is

Illinois Small Business Development Center at Kaskaskia College has been partially funded by the U.S.
Small Business Administration in partnership with the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic
Opportunity and Kaskaskia College as a service to Illinois small businesses. All SBA programs are
extended to the public on a nondiscriminatory basis.
