As the business services arm of the U.S. Small Business Administration and the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the ISBDC can answer your questions concerning SBA and state financing programs, bank lending and capitalization options available to small-business owners. The ISBDC can be your gateway to negotiating the maze of government regulations and start-up issues through the state's First Stop Illinois program. Illinois Small Business Development Center at Kaskaskia College has been partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration in partnership with the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity and Kaskaskia College as a service to Illinois small businesses.
